Outsourcing Supervisor
Profile (Knowledge, Skills, Certification and Experience)
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or another HR position.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource or any related field
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay and benefits, recruitment, training, and development etc)
- Understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Outstanding organisation and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and decision-making attitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Supervisor.
- Supervise and coordinate the HR recruitment process and on boarding process of outsourcing employees as per specific client requirements.
- Provide background checks if required and ensure HR compliance on new outsourcing recruits.
- Ensure a smooth on boarding program for all new outsourcing employees as per internal HR compliance and client’s requirements.
- To schedule medical check up appointments for outsourced employees as per agreement.
- To liaise with the finance department to ensure timely provision of working tools for outsourcing employees.
- Draft introduction letters, contracts and any other document pertaining to outsourcing employees.
- Handle outsourcing employee’s requests and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Drafting and submission of monthly payroll and submission of salaries to and pay slips.
- Petty cash management where applicable and creation of monthly reconciliation reports.
- Creation and maintenance of outsourcing employee’s database and ensuring physical and electronic filling for the same.
- Provision of monthly reports on all HR related functions e.g., leaves.
- Ensure all outsourcing employees are registered in all required statutory portals such as WCF.
