Sales Officer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth and hit sales targets
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Engaging with new clients and maintaining 90% customer retention
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Maintain good customer service and satisfaction with clients
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Level of Education at least Degree
- Experience working with spare parts for Chinese trucks like Faw, Howo, Shacman for at least 2-3 years
- Good experience on sales for 2-3years
- Should have computer skills
