Profile (Knowledge, Skills, Certification and Experience)

• University Degree in any of the following fields: Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), BA in accounting, BBA from recognized school; relevant training in Excel and accounting software.
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in a recruitment company
• Experience with QuickBooks is a must.
• Excellent practical knowledge of financial accounting and of report development.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Knowledge of office management and administrative processes.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong ICT skills especially Microsoft Office applications. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• To maintain proper and accurate records of all daily transactions in accordance with International Accounting Standards.
• Assist in cashflow management, gather all the payment requests (needs) from other departments, and provide reports and reconciliations to the management on daily/Weekly/Monthly basis where required,
• Receiving and recording Invoicing clients
• Maintain all account and finance documents such us invoice, contracts in the filling system for record keeping.
• Reconciliation of bank, customer, and supplier’s balances.
• Preparing weekly cash reports.
• Enter Vendor invoices in the system.
• Follow up on the payments from clients and debt collection.
• revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately monthly.
• Maintaining an orderly accounting and expenses filing system (preferably paperless filling)
• Maintaining fixed assets register.
• Processing and timely generating payments for full approved invoices and complete documentation.
• Assist in both Internal and External Financial Audits
• Other tasks assigned by their line manager.
