Copywriter
Responsibilities
- Developing Clear and Creative Copy: Craft coherent and engaging messages that effectively convey the organization's key messages and enhance its brand voice, resonating with all stakeholders.
- Promoting a Positive Organizational Image: Create high-quality copy suitable for various stakeholders, including employees, to foster a positive internal and external image of the organization.
- Managing Social Media Content: Develop compelling social media copy and thoughtfully respond to the organization's audience, ensuring consistent and engaging communication across platforms.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand the company's brand and messaging, ensuring all copy aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Utilizing Data and Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of your writing and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
- Ensuring Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in language, tone, and messaging across all marketing materials to reinforce the brand's identity.
- Adhering to Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing copywriting to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
Knowledge & Experience
- Educational Background: Level 7 Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; University Degree/Diploma in Public Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in copywriting; 1-2 years of experience in developing press releases for public relations media platforms.
- Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, proficiency in SEO, and experience with social media platforms.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
