Technical Sales – Veterinarians

Qualifications:

  • The candidates must be registered with the Veterinary Council of Tanzania and have current certification.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience with major poultry producers or feed millers in Tanzania.
  • Experience in feed milling, animal nutrition, and feed formulation would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and customer relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and establish relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding products or services.
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
  • Serve as a resource for technical inquiries.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Conduct market studies on potential new product opportunities by contacting customers to gather interest and test market demand.
  • Spot opportunities for launching new sales projects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date level of product, technical, and application knowledge.
