Job Overview 

General electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic components of queue management systems. The role involves on-site client support to ensure all the systems installed are working seamlessly. The role is key in providing feedback for electrical system related issues, installations, and collaborating with the technical and client support teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation for the various systems.
• Ensure all the installed systems are running as required at all times.
• Support troubleshooting and repair activities.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on electrical equipment.
• Perform general maintenance of the installed systems.
• Attend support calls when required and rectify the reported issues.
• Provide daily work updates to the team leader.
• Share job sheets and handover reports when required.
• Attend product system trainings.
• Follow work guidelines and work standards as issued by the company.
• Ensure you are well equipped in terms of the tools and safety gears when on site.
• Ensure security of client’s property and tidiness of the premises while attending to the assignment.
• Responsible for problem escalation and communication to supervisor as required.
• Collaborate with the team on various projects and tasks.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Completed a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
• Relevant technical experience of 1-2 years working as an electrical technician.
• Previous experience in installing Queue Management Systems is an added advantage.
• Understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Integrity and hard work ethic.
