Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
To provide strategic and operational leadership in all areas of Human Resources management. The HR supports the overall business objectives by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management systems, ensuring fairness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs in line with market standards and internal equity.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to build workforce capability.
- Provide leadership in handling disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Lead or support change management initiatives and HR digital transformation projects.
- Mentor and guide the HR team for effective delivery of HR services.
- Set and implement company’s policies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading HR functions in a mid to large-sized organization.
