Direct Sales Agent-15
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell financial products directly to customers. This is a field-oriented role ideal for individuals passionate about sales and motivated by performance-based income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell financial products such as loans, savings, and investment packages.
- Source potential clients through fieldwork, local activations, and referrals.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and application procedures.
- Assist customers in completing applications and submitting required documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of customer information.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Collect and report feedback from customers to help improve product offerings.
- Attend training sessions and participate in performance reviews as required.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in sales, especially in the financial services sector, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role and meeting sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products is a plus.
Compensation Structure:
- Strictly Commission-Based: Earnings depend on the volume and value of products sold.
