Sales Officer (4)
Job Purpose
The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of our premium ingredient products. The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about building long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
- Promote and sell the company’s ingredient products to B2B customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and follow up on payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.
- Provide customer feedback to the product and management teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in food or manufacturing ingredients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
