Personal (Business) Assistant to Entrepreneur
Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Personal (Business) Assistant to support a young and fast-paced entrepreneur. This role is crucial in freeing up the founder's time by taking over routine and strategic operational tasks. This is not a typical assistant job—you'll work closely with the founder on multiple aspects of the business, from operations to client communications to market research, with the opportunity to grow into a CEO or Managing Partner of a new venture within 1–2 years.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of daily operational and administrative tasks to reduce the founder’s workload.
- Assist in client communications, sales negotiations, and internal project management.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Search for information independently and offer solutions to non-standard problems.
- Support the execution of startup-related tasks – from research to contacting partners.
- Help organize, automate, and streamline processes using AI tools or digital services.
- Participate in and sometimes lead meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-ups.
- Manage time-sensitive tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Must-Have Skills and Qualities
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – non-negotiable.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, negotiation, or client engagement.
- High analytical ability; able to process and summarize large volumes of information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (Excel, Docs, Slides/PowerPoint).
- High self-motivation, initiative, and independent problem-solving.
- A genuine interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and tech innovation.
