Zonal Channel Sales Executive(8)
Job Purpose
To drive sales growth for the company across multiple regions by building and managing relationships with retail shops, ensuring effective product distribution, achieving sales targets, and managing timely collections.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow channel sales across multiple zones: Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Arusha, Shinyanga, Mwanza, Tabora, Mbeya, and Mtwara.
- Onboard and collaborate with Shopee and other partners to boost sales and distribution channels.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain strong financial controls.
- Work closely with the Channel Sales Head to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in distribution, telecom, smartphone, or FMCG sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage sales operations across multiple locations.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned zones.
